How to take care of u r body?

Eye care:
The area below the eye has very few oil glands and can always use the help of an eye cream .

The eye is surrounded by the shallowest tissue on the face. The skin under the eye has no subcutaneous (fatty) layer and not much support structure, which is why it wrinkles easily and isn't very resilient.

I strongly recommend using a special eye cream. It's an expensive luxury, but one that I've come to consider a necessary splurge. Eye creams can be used on any skin type.

For contact lenses wearers; If you wear contact lenses, eye creams are an essential thing for you as you need it more than anyone because of constantly pulling on your lower eye lids but at the same time you have to apply it carefully & sparingly because you must avoid junking up the lenses with cream.)

Lip care:
A beautiful smile lights up a day. It makes your face more beautiful and lively. Your lips are the most important and exquisitely sensitive part of your body. And therefore you have to take special care of your lips.

The three main lip care guidelines are:

Moisturizing for a supple youthful look.
Exfoliating for always fresh and soft look.

Protecting to avoid any damage that could occur to your lips due to any surrounding influences.

Hair care:
There are a number of ways to keep your hair feeling, smelling, and looking like a million bucks-without spending a million bucks! Basic maintenance is the best way to keep your hair in tip-top shape.

Here is how to achieve and maintain a healthy head of beautiful hair.

Three main things are needed for a good-looking head of hair; good health, the right attention to cleanliness, and caution when using cosmetic treatments.

Adequate Diet:

Hair growth depends on an adequate diet. A widespread diet problem which causes loss of hair is iron deficiency Anemia. The cause is too little iron in blood, brought on by a diet containing too little meat, eggs, cereals or peas and beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also needed to provide vitamin C, which enables the body to absorb iron.

Cutting the hair:

Although cutting the hair is not essential to its well-being, it is easier to keep the scalp clean if the hair is kept reasonably short. Regular cutting does not make the hair grow strong or faster.

Most importantly, visit your hair dresser on a regular basis and make sure those split ends are snipped off every six weeks to two months to ensure that they don't travel up the hair shaft

keep your hair from damage :

Although scalp hair is hardy, and can withstand a lot of abuse, it can be damaged by too much or inexpertly applied perming, dyeing, bleaching and massage. The amount of beautying the hair can take varies from person to person. Occasionally the scalp is allergic to the dye and becomes inflamed and swollen. To prevent this occurring, the dye should be tested by applying it to a small area on the arm. If a patch of inflammation has developed, the dye must not be used on the hair.

Most people who bleach their hair do so with hydrogen peroxide. If the peroxide is repeatedly applied, it may make the hair brittle. If this happens the hair may turn rough, develop split ends, or become thinned or shortened

Change your shampoo brand every two or three months to reduce build up.

Use brushes made of animal hair rather than synthetic fibers to prevent excess wear and tear on your scalp and hair ends.

Allow your hair to dry naturally whenever possible to keep the ends from drying and splitting.

Be sure to condition your hair often. Sun, cold temperatures plus the use of your hair dryer can be hard on your hair.

use products formulated for your hair type For best results. It does make a difference.

Hand care:
When you hear about wrinkles and skin aging, your first thoughts are about face and neck. But the earliest signs of aging will show on your hands.

The condition of the hands depends on the care you give them. The skin on the back of the hands is soft and thin and prone to early wrinkling. Whereas the skin on the palm is thick and tough. The palm has no sebaceous glands, thus no natural lubrication thus they can become dry and rough.

Keep your hands clean, soft and moisturized daily

Nail care:
Sure, there are women out there who are blessed with naturally nice nails. However, most of us have to work tirelessly to keep our fingers polished and pretty. And even then, we still have our bad nail days, days when we'd feel more comfortable wearing gloves than revealing a bad manicure or poor paint job.

However, despite that, we believe, if you're armed with the right knowledge, you'll have a handle on the ins and outs of nail care in no time.

We're not talking about sending you to a nail technician school. With a few simple steps, you'll have all you need at your fingertips. It can be as basic as storing your polish in the right place. Manicure maintenance is that simple!

Basically nail care is summarized in taking care of the nail cuticles, strengthening & filing the nails and nourishing the nails from the inside by eating right to ensure healthy nails and finally protecting the nails .

Foot care:
Proper foot care is important for a healthy and active lifestyle. Here are some basic tips to follow to care for your feet:

Wash your feet daily in Luke warm soapy water especially between the toes. Do not soak the feet for more than a few minutes as this may cause them to become excessively dry

Dry feet thoroughly, especially between the toes .

Keep feet warm by the help of socks and well covered shoes .

Check feet frequently for corns, calluses, and cracks to treat the problems before they become too hard to deal with

Check feet each evening for cracks or redness. Dry, cracked skin provides a breeding ground for bacteria. A moisturizing cream will help.

Pay attention to changes in color and temperature of your feet. Look for thick or discolored nails which is a sign of developing fungus.

Check for Peeling or scaling on the soles of feet , it could indicate dry foot. Any growth on the foot is not considered normal
